Congratulations, university award recipients
Iowa State faculty and staff -- 66 individuals and two teams -- recently learned they received a 2025 university award, the highest recognitions for employees. They'll be honored at a community celebration this fall.
Raj Agnihotri will lead the Ivy College of Business
Agnihotri joined the college's marketing faculty in 2018 and is the founding director of its Ivy Sales Forum. Last year, he was named a Morrill Professor and Ivy's inaugural assistant dean for industry engagement.
Branching out: Campus collaboration builds handcrafted tables
Staff members from facilities planning and management and the Student Innovation Center assisted a team of employees at the Digital Agriculture and Innovation Lab that designed, built and assembled an executive conference room table and counter-height "collaboration" table using fallen trees from campus.
Pressbooks expand open educational resources
The web-based authoring tool lets faculty develop the content for their book or textbook, and ISU Digital Press staff handle the formatting and production work in Pressbooks.
